In partnership with staff, Administrative Volunteers support girl and adult members in their local community and service unit.
Administrative Volunteers help to ensure that a consistent, high-quality Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) is available to all girls in each geographical area.
Several GSSEM committees assist in providing services to girls and adults throughout our jurisdiction. Every committee is supported by at least one GSSEM staff member.
Members of these committees serve GSSEM as a whole, in various ways. Some mentor girls throughout the Gold and Silver Award process, some provide educational opportunities, and others help plan large-scale events.
