Program volunteers help deliver programming to Girl Scouts with
offerings like virtual/in-person events, workshops, or series.
Important Steps
Fill out the Intent to Event form, which provides support to girls, volunteers, and GSSEM staff who are planning Girl Scout programs.
Submit your completed Intent to Event form 2–3 months before your program date. This will allow for the greatest possible exposure of your event. Transitional timelines of less than 2–3 months will be considered.

Through helpful hints, timelines, and budget tools, the Facilitating Girl Led Series & Events Toolkit will help ensure that your program successfully helps girls develop as leaders.
