Council Fun Patch Contest
Design GSSEM's 2025 council fun patch (CFP).
Unleash your inner artist and create a patch you and your GSSEM sisters would be proud to wear in 2025.
Let your creativity shine! Designs may be thoughtful, funny, quirky, serious, etc.—as long as they come from the heart. The winning artwork will be GSSEM's official fun patch for 2025, available next year via curbside pickup and at our council shops.
Submissions are due by Monday, December 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.
Your design should reflect:
- What being a Girl Scout means to you.
- Why you love GSSEM.
Contest Rules
- Only one entry per Girl Scout is permitted.
- Artwork must include "GSSEM" and "2025."
- Designs must be original and may not contain existing or copyrighted photos, illustrations, or renderings.
- Girl Scouts must be currently registered at GSSEM for the 2024–25 membership year.
- Girl Scouts must have permission from their parent/caregiver to participate.
- Valid parent/caregiver contact information must be provided on the entry form.
Important
- Please scan the artwork to preserve readability and quality.
- If you must photograph the artwork with a mobile device, please be mindful of lighting and angles.
CFP Winner
The CFP winner will be announced on social media in mid-January, and the winner's parent or caregiver will be notified at the email address or phone number provided on the entry form.
