New Troop Leaders
GSSEM has many resources for new troop leaders, including the New Leader's Guide to Success—which helps define your role, shows you how to get families involved, and gives you the tools you need to lead a successful troop.
As a troop leader, you're a key part of making Girl Scouts a space where your troop can take the lead, be themselves, and try new things. You guide your troop as they earn new badges and take on new adventures. You answer questions from your Girl Scouts’ families, and you keep things running smoothly. And, anytime you need a little help, Volunteer Essentials is here to answer frequently asked questions.
