During this webinar, volunteers will learn how to navigate difficult conversations with other adults if a problem arises.
As a Girl Scout volunteer, you may experience tension in your relationship with caregivers or other volunteers. This session provides tools for managing difficult conversations, including telling someone "no" and delivering bad news.
We'll also discuss:
- Why certain conversations are difficult.
- How to self-resolve low-level conflict situations.
- When to enlist help from staff contacts.
