The Digital Cookie team is addressing technical issues regarding customer management and order processing. GSSEM has been assured that resolving these challenges is the team's highest priority, and we greatly appreciate your patience during this time.
Known Issues for Digital Cookie
- Customer Management
Users may have trouble 1) viewing/managing customer lists from previous seasons or 2) uploading new customer email contacts. While this is being resolved, please share your Girl Scout's Digital Cookie site link via email or social media. - Order Processing
Orders are taking longer to process and appear on the user's dashboard. Orders should appear within 72 hours of placement.

It's officially Girl Scout cookie season!
During the Cookie Program, girls may sell cookies online via the Digital Cookie® platform. On Digital Cookie, Girl Scouts personalize their site and invite friends and family to buy cookies. Customers may also donate cookies to armed forces overseas.
