Art Specifications

Art must be created in Illustrator CS, Photoshop CS, or InDesign CS.
Accepted file formats are AI, PDF, JPG, EPS, or TIFF.
Fonts must be outlined in a vector file (AI, PDF, EPS).
Strokes and fills must be expanded in a vector file (AI, PDF, EPS).
The resolution must be 72 DPI and saved for the web.

You may upload your completed art file at the end of the form before submitting your ad insertion order.

Unfinished Art

You may submit your ad insertion order now and email your art later to Yavonkia Jenkins at yjenkins@gssem.org.
Emailed ad art must be saved/exported as a JPG or PDF.

Payment Deadlines

Payment for electronic ads is due two weeks before the ad start date.
If your payment isn't received in time, GSSEM will adjust your ad run dates accordingly or cancel the order if your ad contains time-sensitive information.
