Longing for some syrupy sweetness? Come learn all about maple syrup
and how it's made before doing some taste testing!
Participants will take a walk around the preserve to look at different
types of maple trees and how they differ from other species of trees
before heading to the campfire where they will boil sap down to syrup
and beyond. Participants will taste the different grades of maple
syrup and other maple products with some mini pancakes.
