Join your Outdoor Education Department and the Dinosaur Hill
Naturalist Staff at Lost Lake Nature Park for a morning of fishing -
test out new skills and see what takes the bait, while discovering a
new outdoor passion!
During this event, participants will
enjoy guided catch and release fishing at Lost Lake Nature Park in
Oakland Township. Girl Scouts will practice casting, knot tying,
baiting a hook and releasing the fish they catch.
Fishing
poles, bait and instruction provided by Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve
- this event will NOT include any take home gear.
Included in Girl Registration Cost:
* 1 hour of hands-on fishing lesson

$20.00 per tagalong (please register in a
"Girl Spot")
$0.00 per adult
PLEASE note that this is NOT a drop-off event and proper
Girl Scout to Adult safety ratios MUST be met in order to
participate in the event.
