Calling all Brownies and Juniors! Come get a front-row seat to the science of dairy by exploring the daily operations of a working farm, using chemistry to create cheese, and meeting the cows behind the carton.

Participants will investigate the biological process of milk production and see firsthand how modern technology helps farmers care for their herd. After the tour, participants will transform liquid milk into delicious soft cheese using the power of enzymes and acidity. It's a hands-on exploration of food science that takes you from the pasture to the plate!
