Daisies and Brownies join your OE Team around the campfire for our
brand new event series - "Campfire Stories"! We will read
"When You Find the Right Rock", roast a s'more, go rock
hounding, & then make our own canvas rock art to take home!
During this event, participants will gather around the campfire
to read the book "When You Find the Right Rock" - a
heartwarming story of taking the time to slow down and appreciate the
little (and sometimes big) things in life through a new outdoor hobby
- rockhounding! After the story, participants will have the
opportunity to roast a marshmallow over the fire for a tasty s'more,
then head down to the Lake Huron shoreline to search for the perfect
rocks to make your canvas art masterpiece to take home.
