Come become an entomologist (bug scientist)! Join Nature Center staff
and your Outdoor Education team to learn all about these amazing
little creatures.
During this event, participants will
learn what makes a bug a bug! Then they will head outside to use sweep
nets on a hike to find and identify bug species. Participants will
also make a poster to showcase their new bug knowledge.

$0.00 per adult (Adults planning
to be present during the program MUST register. Event space is limited.)
PLEASE note that this is NOT a drop-off event
and proper Girl Scout to Adult safety ratios MUST be met in order to
participate in the event. Please keep adult numbers to the MINIMUM
required by safety ratio in order to enhance the learning experience.
