It's that time of year, turtles are nesting! Join your OE team and
Crosswinds Marsh naturalists as we hike the trails of the marsh in
search of turtle nests to cover and protect.
Participants
will learn the signs of a freshly laid nest, mark any potential nests
we discover, and learn the importance of covering nests. Participants
will even meet a few live turtles! This event will involve walking up
to two miles over dirt/gravel, grass, and board walk.

PLEASE note that
this is NOT a drop-off event and proper Girl Scout to Adult safety
ratios MUST be met in order to participate in the event.
