Girl Scouts of all levels, their families, and leaders are invited to
celebrate Girl Scout Sunday 2026 on March 8, 2026 at our Catholic Mass
to be held at St. Daniel Catholic Church in Clarkston at 1 pm.
"The motivating force in Girl Scouting is
spiritual."
-Preamble, Constitution of Girl Scouts of the
USA
Girl Scouts and their families from across the
Archdiocese of Detroit and beyond are invited to celebrate Catholic
Mass together at St. Daniel Catholic Church on Girl Scout Sunday 2026
where we will recognize the powerful ties between Girl Scouting and
the Catholic faith. Additionally, during the Mass, we, as a Catholic
community, would like to recognize girls and volunteers who have
earned Catholic religious awards as well as girls earning High Awards
during 2025.
Girl Scouts are encouraged to attend this
Mass in uniform.
All registered Girl Scouts who have
RSPVd for this event will receive a free commemorative patch.
Girl Scouts interested in volunteering as a reader, altar
server, or gift bearer for this event should sign up in the
appropriate section. If many volunteers are signed up, girls will be
chosen at random from the list.
Cost: $0
Registration deadline: March 2, 2026
