Join the Naturalist Staff at Crosswinds Marsh on a good old-fashioned puzzle hike! Learn the basics of "Leave No Trace", hiking safety, and simple navigational skills while on the trail in search of hidden clues to reach your final destination!

Embark on the trails at Crosswinds Marsh to put your problem solving skills to the test solving riddles to find your way along the trail while practicing the Leave No Trace principles for ethical hiking!

PLEASE note that this is NOT a drop-off event and proper Girl Scout to Adult safety ratios MUST be met in order to participate in the event.


Please be prompt in picking up your Girl Scout from events. If you are going to be late, you must contact your event organizer to notify them of the late pickup. After 15 minutes, if no one has called the event organizer, activity staff will call the guardian and if needed, emergency contact. Girl Scouts left after 1 hour past the end of activity, without notification, will be released to the authorities or child protective services.
