Calling all Juniors! Come on out to the Fort Gratiot Lighthouse for
an overnight adventure to earn your GSSEM Great Lakes Patch and your
Fort Gratiot Lighthouse Patch!
Join the Outdoor Education
team and the Port Huron Museum Historical Staff at the Fort Gratiot
Lighthouse for an overnight event of exploration! During this event,
Girl Scouts will tour the lighthouse and museum and learn all about
the Great Lakes during their stay to earn their Great Lakes
patch.
Included in Girl Registration:
* Nighttime snack
* GSSEM Great Lakes patch program
curriculum (patch included)
* Fort Gratiot Lighthouse patch
program curriculum (patch included)
* Overnight in the
lightkeepers house
* Continental breakfast
Included in Adult Registration:
* Nighttime snack
* Overnight in the lightkeepers
house
* Continental breakfast
Costs:
* $60.00
per girl
* $30.00 per adult
PLEASE note
that this is NOT a drop-off event and proper Girl Scout to Adult
safety ratios MUST be met in order to participate in the event.
Please be prompt in picking up your Girl Scout
from events. If you are going to be late, you must contact your event
organizer to notify them of the late pickup. After 15 minutes, if no
one has called the event organizer, activity staff will call guardian
and if needed, emergency contact. Girl Scouts left after 1 hour past
the end of activity, without notification, will be released to the
authorities or child protective services.
