Step into the magic of autumn! 🍁 Join us for a colorful outdoor adventure where we'll explore the changing season, discover the science behind fall foliage, and turn nature's treasures into beautiful works of art.
We'll hit the trail for an interactive, informational hike where Girl Scouts will discover why leaves change color, what causes those beautiful reds, oranges, and yellows, and how trees and other plants prepare for the cooler months ahead. Along the way, we'll keep our eyes peeled for interesting leaves and other natural treasures to collect and inspire our creativity.
Once we've finished our hike, it's time to turn nature's treasures into one-of-a-kind fall artwork! Using the leaves and natural materials gathered along the trail, Girl Scouts will create their own whimsical fall prints to take home and enjoy.
Come explore, discover, collect, and create as we celebrate the colors, textures, and magic of autumn! 🍂🎨
