Have you been curious what bugs do during the evening hours? Wondered what you can do to scope them out with the naked eye in the dark? If you answered yes to either of these questions then you do not want to miss out on this event!
Participants will join the Naturalist Staff at the Belle Isle Nature Center, put on a pair of UV glasses, grab a UV light and hit the trails in search of several bug species! We will learn what habitats they prefer, how they use camouflage to their advantage and how to identify some basic species - all during "Girl Scouts LOVE State Parks" weekend!

*Please note that this event is being held within a State Park and daily admission is NOT included in your registration fee.*

PLEASE note that this is NOT a drop-off event and proper Girl Scout to Adult safety ratios MUST be met in order to participate in the event.
