Ready to welcome in the Fall season? Join your Outdoor Education team and the Naturalists at Red Oaks Nature Center for a delicious and apple-themed start to the season!

Participants will try their hand at grinding apples and pressing cider, taste fresh Michigan cider and doughnuts, and enjoy an early fall hike as they learn the importance of the apples to Independence Oaks and Michigan's economy. Participants will also decorate their own apple inspired t-shirt.

Included in Girl/Tagalong Registration Cost:
* 2 hours of guided learning
* Cider and donut tasting
* Cider pressing experience
* Guided Fall hike
* Decorated t-shirt
* GSSEM Outdoor Skills - Nature Mini Patch
*Fun, event patch

* 2 hours of guided learning

Costs:
* $30.00 per girl
* $30.00 per tagalong (Register as girl non member)
* $12.00 per adult

PLEASE note that this is NOT a drop-off event and proper Girl Scout to Adult safety ratios MUST be met in order to participate in the event.
