Register today for a Cybersecurity Quest where Girl Scouts will crack clues, solve digital mysteries, and learn smart ways to stay safe online.
In partnership with Michael Hubbard, a cybersecurity expert with a background in Navy systems and rocketry, Girl Scouts will become "Cyber Scouts." Through age-appropriate challenges and interactive games, participants will build the confidence to navigate the digital world. The core mission is simple: Be Safe, Be Kind, Be Smart Online.
Program Highlights
* Expert Instruction: Learn from a professional who has worked on military-grade weapon systems and satellite technology.
* Interactive Learning: From "Telephone" games to "Detective" challenges, girls will learn by doing.
* Cyber Safety Promise: Every Scout will conclude their session by making a custom Cyber Safety Promise.
* Badging Ceremony: Participants will receive their badges during a special presentation to celebrate their new skills.
* Seasonal Treats: Enjoy cider and donuts-a special October staple brought in by our guest speaker.
