Cookie Kit Request
Request to pick up your Cookie Kits by January 6 to receive a promotional box of Girl Scout Cookies!
Troops and Juliettes are highly encouraged to request Cookie Kits, which contain essential documents and materials for the 2027 Cookie Program.
Cookie Kits may be picked up at a service center or delivered to you or another responsible adult. We'll start mailing them the week of November 16. Please allow three to seven business days to receive yours.
Please submit this form once per troop. If you need additional materials after submission, please email productsales@gssem.org.
Required Forms
Before submitting your Cookie Kit request, troops and Juliettes must complete GSSEM's two required financial forms: ACH Debit Authorization and Agreement to Assume Debt.
The forms must be processed before you can receive your Cookie Kit(s).
