Bring your troop to Camp Hawthorn Hollow for a weekend of troop camping!
Troop camping weekends are an opportunity for troops to plan their own activities, meals, and adventures.
Each cabin has a maximum capacity of 16 campers total. Cabin amenities include flush toilets, a full kitchen (stove/oven, double sinks, and a refrigerator/freezer), tables and chairs, and a mudroom.
Add-Ons are available upon request. The pricing starts at $5 per girl, with a minimum of 5 girls per activity. For more information, please see our list of Add-Ons.
The pricing structure for troop camping has been updated due to COVID-19. Troop camping costs $30.00 per adult and $20.00 per girl for the weekend.
Two weeks prior to your camping weekend, you'll be contacted by someone from the Outdoor Education Department to confirm the number of people who'll be attending. After that, a member of the Finance Department will contact you for your final troop camping payment.
Registration deadline: May 7 (or sooner if event reaches capacity)
Refunds (minus 25% cancellation fee) will be available when requested in writing (email is acceptable) before the registration deadline. Cancellations after the registration deadline are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full refunds will be issued if a council event or series is cancelled.
