All Girl Scout member systems, such as MYGS, Volunteer Toolkit (VTK), and gsLearn are unavailable until December 7—when we'll debut a refreshed member account management system designed with you in mind!
The new environment will provide increased visibility to your Girl Scout member account, make it simpler to manage household (and troop) memberships, and make it easier for you to find more fun for your Girl Scout(s)!
NEW SYSTEM ACCESS EMAIL
In early December, all volunteers and member households should be on the lookout for a GSUSA email announcing the refreshed system, as well as updated login information and instructions for accessing your account.
- Current GSSEM members can still register for events.
- Members can't access anything in their MYGS account, including the family profile, troop profile, VTK, gsLearn, etc.
- Troop leaders can't access or use VTK.
- Girl Scout staff members nationwide can't access any member systems. Due to this, we won't be unable to help you with VTK, make troop changes, change contact information, complete background checks, add volunteer roles, or perform other similar tasks.
