Travel back 300 years to the days of the fur trade on our 34-ft. Voyageur canoe. We'll guide you through the life of a voyageur as you paddle the great canoe along the lake shore.

This is the second session of two at Stony Creek Metropark. Learn history, enjoy seeing wildlife, and get a little exercise during this program.

All participants should bring water and snacks. No food or drink will be provided. Registration is open to ages 7 and up.

Cost: $8 per person

Space is limited, so please preregister. 18 people maximum per canoe, with 6 adults minimum required.

Registration deadline: May 4 (or sooner if event reaches capacity).

Refunds for cancellations (minus a 25% cancellation fee) are available when requested in writing (email is acceptable) no later than 15 days in advance of the event date. After this, no refunds of any amount will be issued. Refunds will not be made in the case of alterations in activities due to weather, early release of a participant, or loss of time for medical behavioral reasons.
