Girl Scout World Thinking Day in Lake Orion
This year, World Thinking Day will have an international theme. The intent is to promote Diversity.
Troops that participate will select a famous landmark (i.e. Great Wall of China, Taj Mahal, Eiffel Tower, etc). Each Girl Scout troop will have a table for their landmark where they'll sell a souvenir (for a dime) and a small food sample that represents their landmark.
NEW THIS YEAR: Troops will be either do 5-minute-or-less presentation—or a skit based on their landmark (such as a song, dance, etc). On the night of the event, each troop will receive a packet of information that will include a World Thinking Day patch for every registered girl in their troop.
Cost: $10 per Girl Scout
Registration deadline: Friday, February 21, 2020
Juliettes or first-year troops can participate without having a table and a landmark.
NOTE: All other troops, please use the "Register Now" link above.
