Discover how we live in a Blue Water Wonderland! Explore everything water as we spend the day learning and just having fun on the St. Claire River!

Check out this new event and be the first to hear about GSSEM’s new patch programs, earn the new Great Lakes patch (patch included), create unique bubble water art to take home, race the boat you create at the event in a rain gutter regatta, investigate water careers, participate in hands on water activities, make a water wheel and lots more! is one of the main events! Be sure to start making yours!  Custom participation patch, and Great Lakes patch are included!

Open to all age levels and their families.


  • $10 per person (Girl Scout, parent/leader, or sibling)
  • Free for under 2 years old

Food will be available to purchase or feel free to bring your own picnic lunch. This is a non-structured event, so come and go as you need to! Be sure to leave enough time to enjoy the fun! Adult-to-girl ratios must be maintained as outlined in Volunteer Essentials. Individual girls attending must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Registration deadline: September 22 (or sooner if event reaches capacity)

Refunds are available when requested in writing (email is acceptable) before the registration deadline. Cancellations after the registration deadline are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full refunds will be issued if a council event or series is cancelled.
