Hawthorn Hollow Troop Camping
Troops that want to come Troop Camping at Hawthorn Hollow can rent either Lodges or Villages. Lodges can accommodate 22-32 people. Villages hold 20 people each, and there are four Villages on site.
With Troop Camping, girls plan their own experience, with the support of their leader and adults. Troops prepare their own meals and have access to many of the property’s amenities, including:
- Hiking Trails
- 4 Square
- Volleyball and Basketball Courts
- Sports Shed
- Gaga Pit

Add-Ons are staff-led programming and activities designed to enhance the
troop camping experience. Choose From:
- Campfire, S’mores, & Songs
- Arts & Crafts
- Animal Tracking
- Low Ropes/Teambuilding
- Night Hike/Stargazing
- Pool* (availability based on when pool is open for the summer season)
- Outdoor Sports – activities vary by season
Each Add-On activity is approximately two hours and is $5 per girl. Add-ons require a minimum of 10 people. Once troop camping registration is completed online, then contact email@example.com, to include add-ons. Add-Ons are based on staffing and available on first booked basis.

Payment is due in full at the time of your reservation.
Refunds for cancellations (minus a 25% cancellation fee) are available when requested in writing (email is acceptable) up to 15 days in advance of your rental date. After this date no refunds of any amount will be issued unless cancellation is due to a documented medical emergency.
Adult Training Needed:
One adult attending camp with the troop must have current CPR and First Aid Certification. The online Trip and Camp Readiness class is required. Additional outdoor training may be required depending on the type of facility you wish to rent.
