Come join us as we experience science, sand art, outdoor games and some pure camp fun! Girl Scout Daisies, Brownies and Juniors will have scheduled sessions. Cadettes and older will choose self-directed actvities, sessions of choice, or work with the girl leadership team for a taste of camp leadership.

Stargazing 201 in Ray Township

Join us at the Stargate observatory located at Walcott Mills Rotary Park for an evening of stargazing. The Warren Astronomical Society will be on hand to take you on a tour of the observatory, teach you what we are looking at and how to find things in the night sky as well as you on using  real telescope. There will be a take home project, a snack and a patch included. Cost is $5 per girl. No fee for adults unless they wish to order a patch, see flyer.

Community Troop girls may use their program credits towards this event.

Scrapbooking Event in Oxford

A great family night and an excellent mom and me activity. Bring your scrapbooks and pictures and enjoy a great night of scrapbooking,  You will receive a scrapbook package to help you preserve your memories.

This is a Troop Money Earning Event--no Cookie Dough, Cashew Cash or Program Credits can be used to attend this event.

5/8/14 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.  MUST register by 4/28/14--no walk ins.

Participant’s activities available at PLAY ATLANTIS includes: Unlimited Lazer Tag, Bounce House’s, Bounce Slide, Gold Putt-Putt Golf (glow in the dark – Sea Theme), Dance Room, Contest and games, FOOD items: 2 slices of pizza; soda, and breakfast. See registration flyer for additional information.

This is a Troop Money Earning event; Community Troop girls are encouraged to attend, but are not able to use program credits to pay for participation.

SOLD OUT - Junior Savvy Shopper Badge Workshop in Detroit

Food and water, clean clothes, a place to live: these are things everyone needs.  A closet full of shoes, a new bike, and tickets to a movie: these are thing people want.

At this workshop Junior Girl Scouts will explore how to tell the difference between needs and wants through creating a collage, going on a shopping scavenger hunt, and sharing ideas and experiences with your Girl Scout friends.

Troops must meet safety ratios. Individual girls must attend with a parent.

2014 World Thinking Day in Farmington
