 ‘SINK OR SWIM: May the Odds be Always in Your Swimmer’

Evening begins at 10 pm on Sat. May 3 until 5 am on Sun. May 4, 2014.

Participant fee of $25 (girl or adult) includes 4 hours swimming, rock wall, basketball, screening of the movie HUNGER GAMES.

Catching Fire crafts and games and refreshments.

Juniors will participate in a variety of fun science activities to earn most of the Entertainment Technology badge. This is a money earning event to help a girl go on a GSUSA Destination trip this summer. Older girls will lead activities.

Cashew cash, cookie dough and program credits may not be used as payment for troop/idividual money earning events.

Stargazing 201 in Ray Township

Join us at the Stargate observatory located at Walcott Mills Rotary Park for an evening of stargazing. The Warren Astronomical Society will be on hand to take you on a tour of the observatory, teach you what we are looking at and how to find things in the night sky as well as you on using  real telescope. There will be a take home project, a snack and a patch included. Cost is $5 per girl. No fee for adults unless they wish to order a patch, see flyer.

Community Troop girls may use their program credits towards this event.
