Mother Daughter Movie Date in South Lyon (two show times)

Now Showing: Disney's Frozen at the Lyon, 128 E Lake Street. Two Show Times! Sunday May 4th 10:30am and 1:00pm. Admission is $6 per daughter and $5 per mother which includes on ticket, one small drink, one small popcorn. Each Girl Scout will receive a fun patch. Additional concessions will be available for purchase. Event is open on a first-come-first-serve basis and seating is limited. Registration due at the leader meeting April 1st. My Promise / My Faith Day is the presentation of the official My Promise / My Faith Award.  The Day is open to girls at all levels of Girl Scouting.  A series of experiential stations are planned to allow girls to work on the award requirements, followed by lunch, further activities, and a closing interfaith service.   A separate tract will be run for Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts.

Zumba is an aerobic exercise that involves hip hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo moves. Combined with Latin Music.

My Promise, My Faith Girl Scout Sunday & Faith Event in Livonia

Girls will participate in service together. Following service they will have lunch and participate in a variety of break-out sessions where they will explore their faith, create severable craft projects and most importantly begin to build friendships in their troop, rooted in faith and mutual understanding of God’s love for each one of us! We will explore the Girl Scout Law and relevant Bible stories that demonstrate the Laws, as well as some key women in the Bible. Girls should wear their Girl Scout Vest or Sash.
