This is a Girl Scout Troop only Event
$6.00 per person which includes skate rental
(If they want speed skates or rollerblades they charge $4.00 extra for those or the girls can bring their own skates)
This is a pay in advance event
Tickets are now on sale until January 15th. We need 125 skaters to hold the venue.

SOLD OUT--Jewelry Making Workshop, Port Huron

SOLD OUT.  This workshop is sponsored by Troop 70598 and is open to all age Girl Scouts (including adults)!  You will get a chance to work with different jewelry tools and learn about jewelry from other cultures.  You will create a necklace using these ideas, make a bracelet out of beads made at the event, make a wire wrapped pendant, and make a friendship bracelet.  Juniors will earn their Jeweler badge; all others will receive a fun patch.    Items at this event would make a nice Mother's Day gift!

Live Safe--Safety Training Class, Chesterfield

Fun, interactive workshop designed to teach essential, life saving information about the threats facing children, strategies for prevention and real world techniques to reduce risk.  Parents are requested to stay for the event which will be at Green Elementary in Chesterfield.

Cadette Core Camp "DIY Weekend"

Discover and refine your skills with a hammer, saw and level and create your own project as you earn the Woodworker Badge!  At Cadette Core Camp Innisfree, girls will also have an opportunity to horseback ride!  Cadette girls will make new friends and participate in camp traditions such as ceremonies, songs, games, and outdoor fun (weather permitting).  Campers will enjoy two nights of modern lodging, a Friday night snack, 3 meals on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast served in our dining hall.  Registrations will be accepted from troops, adult/girl pairs, and individual girls.

Powder Puff Derby in Holly

District 0301 is hosting a Powder Puff Derby on Jan 25th, 2014 from 9am-1pm Cost: girls $12.00 adults/ siblings: $9.50 ( if they want to participate).  Each girl will get a car kit, be able to build the car, then race the car, then get awarded a trophy and a patch. Friends Don't Bully

​Join Kappa Delta Sorority on the campus of Wayne State University in the fight against bullying. Enjoy a short presentation on different types of bullying, create friendship bracelets and a balloon to take home to empower a friend. Girls have the opportunity to have their bullying stories heard and addressed as well as sign the anti-bullying pledge. Girls will be leaving the event with a snack to go home with. Adult supervision is required at this event. All adult/girl ratios must be maintained as outlined in Safety Wise.

Clarkston Girl Scout Leader/Daughter Overnight
