This 3-hour, in-person course is a comprehensive orientation to the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and covers information that is vital for Troop and Program Volunteers.  Topics include: GSSEM resources about Program, Money &  Safety, the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting and Leadership Journeys.  Troop and Program Volunteers are required to take this course online, in-person or in both formats.

Conflict Management for Volunteers

This 3-hour, in-person class provides volunteers with easy-to-use techniques to minimize conflict, self-mediate a conflict with another person, implement the steps to obtain GSSEM staff support, and share these skills with other volunteers.  You will leave the session with the GSSEM Conflict Management Tool Kit and some great hands-on practice.  The skills covered in this course will help you in Girl Scouting and in your professional and private life.

Powder Puff Derby in Holly

District 0301 is hosting a Powder Puff Derby on Jan 25th, 2014 from 9am-1pm Cost: girls $12.00 adults/ siblings: $9.50 ( if they want to participate).  Each girl will get a car kit, be able to build the car, then race the car, then get awarded a trophy and a patch. New Members and Community Troop Welcome to Girl Scouting Gathering in White Lake

This is a gathering for girls new to Girl Scouting and those in the Community Troop, their friends, and parents/guardians.

Bring a friend, find a friend! At this event, girls and their families and their friends will learn all about the opportunities available, and how to make the most of their Girl Scout experience.
