Daisy and Brownies will have the opportunity to learn about careers in STEM from professional women and participate in hands on activities.You can be anything and do everything with a career in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). Explore different careers women hold and meet women who use science, technology, engineering and math in their everyday lives. Discover how you can use STEM through robotics right now! See award winning FIRST robots and meet the teams in this hands on workshop! Learn how you can join a Junior FIRST Lego League Team. Receive the new patch from Barbie/Mattel partnership with GSUSA Be anything, do everything. This workshop is a collaboration with Michigan FIRST Teams 33 and 469 along with Oakland University. Adults are encouraged to attend with their girls. This event will take place at OU Inc, on the campus of Oakland University in Rochester.
