Walk with Modesty in Dearborn

Troop 48050 invites girls of all ages, cultures, and faiths to walk for modesty. Come wear a head scarf (hijab) and celebrate the beauty within and display the ultimate girl empowerment. Join us for a unique experience of sisterhood that will leave a lasting impression.

Do your feet start to tap when you hear a great song? Get ready to jump up and move to the beat at this exciting FREE event! Brownie Girl Scouts will learn fun warm-ups, perform steps from new dances, and make a dance of your very own. Girls will earn and receive their Dance Badge alongside professional dance instructors.

Girls should wear gym clothes and socks. Please no denim clothing. Troops are responsible for maintaining their girl:adult ratios, and individual girls must attend with an adult chaperon.

At Let’s Get Happy Daycamp” you will get to explore a variety of activities that will help you decide what kinds of things really make you happy, how that happiness can help you now & in the future, and how to share that happiness with others. There will be crafts, dancing, music & field trip fun as we share a girl empowering experience.

Candyland Carnival Event in Waterford!

It is a troop money earning event, so program credtis/cashew cash/cookie dough cannot be used for registration payment.

Girls Bike Out in Auburn Hills

Girls will ride their bikes on the Clinton River trail from downtown Auburn Hills to downtown Rochester Hills and back. We will have lunch in Rochester and ice cream once back in Auburn Hills. The Clinton River trail is a gentle peaceful trail that hugs the Clinton River in a calm natural setting. Check the attached flyer for more information and to register.

All age levels are welcome to bring their families and a picnic to enjoy while we celebrate our Girl Scouts and volunteers. Each Bridging Scout will receive a personalized Bridging Certificate.
