International River Crossing
REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 23RD!
Now in its 51st year, International River Crossing is on the move to Algonac and is open to ALL Girl Scouts and their families.
As leaves abound from all around, we will celebrate a festival of Fall Fun! Join THOUSANDS of sister Girl Scouts and Canadian Girl Guides in a day of international friendship along the banks of the St. Clair River. Bring a picnic lunch or purchase food from our vendors. This family friendly event is open to girls of all program levels, and is filled with power-packed programs.
There will be plenty to do including: SWAPS, Patch Program, Dance Party, Crafts, and Out-door fun. Join us, as we Fall into Autumn at GSSEM Council’s Premier Legacy Event!
Once you register for this event with GSSEM, crossing the border on the ferry to Canada is FREE, with the proper documentation. (Adults need a passport, or enhanced driver’s license, children under 16 only need a birth certificate and permission slip). Whether you cross the border or not, there is fun to be had on both sides of the border.
All children must have adult supervision. $15 per person. Registration EXTENDED UNTIL September 23, 2018 or sooner if event fills to capacity. Refunds are available when requested in writing (email is acceptable) before the registration deadline. Cancellations after the registration deadline are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full refunds will be issued if a council event or series is cancelled.
