Camp Event: 1st Annual Hawthorn Hollow Tent Out!
All troops and adult/girl pairs are welcome to attend this special event!
- Girls: $25 per person
- Adults: $25 per person
Cost includes: Includes meals, lodging, Leave No Trace activities, and a special event patch
Meals include: Saturday lunch, dinner, and snack (all done over a campfire); and then a continential breakfast on Sunday morning.
Max capacity: 250 (girls and adults combined)
Registration deadline: June 9
Troops will be assigned an area to pitch their tents.
Troops must also be in correct ratio as outlined in Volunteer Essentials. Refunds will be available when requested in writing (email is acceptable) before the registration deadline. Cancellations after the registration deadline are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full refunds will be issued if a council event or series is cancelled.
