This full-week summer ranch camp session is open for girls entering grades 2-12 in the fall.

During a half-week of Ranch Camp, girls will spend one half of a day focusing on progressive mounted lessons in western riding, horse care, management and the character building that comes from caring for the horses and stable area.  *Trail rides may be introduced based upon rider confidence and control and weather permitting.  Each day, campers will have an opportunity to participate in traditional camp activities when not at the ranch.

Do You Robot? iRobot in Macomb

This event will be a HANDS-ON, INTERACTIVE opportunity for the girls to learn about how robots make a difference in today’s world. Girls will get to operate LIFE-SIZE MILITARY TACTICAL ROBOTS that are used to locate and remove bombs as well as move military personnel to safety. Girls will have the opportunity to CREATE THEIR OWN MINI ROBOT, called a Bristlebot, during the session. Girls will get to RACE HEXBUGS through a series of race tracks...and much more!

Bowling Party! In Roseville

Daisy Girl Scout Troop #71439 is hosting a bowling party! $10/person includes 2 games of bowling, shoe rental, hot dog, chips & pop. All Girl Scouts receive a patch!

This is a service project; please bring canned goods and nonperisible food items to be donated to local food pantries.

Junior Product Designer

.Junior Girl Scouts will have fun earnigh their Product Designer badge with hands on activities while understanding STEM is for everyone! This is a partnership with Lawrence Tech University. Girls program a robot and participate in the Robofest BottleSumo game. Girls will learn 1) Computer programming,  2) Algorithmic thinking and 3) Math/ physics. All adults are encouraged to attend. Badge and light lunch included. Adult to girl ratios must be maintained as outlined in Volunteer Essentials/Safety Wise. Any girl attending without a troop must have a parent or guardian present.

Zumba! A Thinking Day Event in Mt. Clemens

Girl Scouts of all ages ,come and celebrate World Thinking Day! Exploring music from different countries. Be a part of sending books to a girls school in Africa.  Includes 45 min Zumba class, snack, water, patch and girls will learn about of girls in other countries.   Please bring a gently used chapter book to be sent to girls in Africa if you can.
