This event will enable participants to dress up, receive a princess makeover, and be entertained and treated like a princess! New friendships and lifelong memories will be made while we celebrate the girls' bravery, beauty, and brilliance! The Princess Party 2014 is free for all Princesses and their family members. National Girls and Women in Sports Day at UDM - Feb 22

In February 22, we will be hosting the National Girls and Women in Sports Day where all girls aged 6-13 are invited to participate in this fun day filled with clinic with the female student-athletes. The University of Detroit Mercy are hosting a National Girls and Women in Sports Day this Saturday, February 22nd at 10am. It's for all girls who are 6 to 13 years old to partake in fun activities like clinics with female student-athletes and have fun in halftime performance in front of the crowd. The girls who participate the event will get free admission to the game and get complimentary lunch and gift bags for it. You can register the girls through the website with online registration for a fun filled day!

Join us for a fun tour of your local drinking water treatment and/or wastewater treatment facility to learn about the science of water and water infrastructure. While learning about the importance of this natural resource, you can satisfy some criteria for your Legacy: Naturalist badge, the Wonders of Water Journey, and the EPA Water Drop patch.

Earn a Brownie Dancer Badge at Eisenhower Dance Center! The Eisenhower Dance Center offers a one-time class that meets the requirements for a Brownie Dancer Badge. The program lasts 1 & 1/2 hours and includes ballet warm-ups, jazz combination, pantomime from Swan Lake, creative movement, and a question and answer session.

Learn what is involved in running a zoo on Saturday, March 8, 6 p.m. at Clarkston Methodist Church, 6600 Waldon Rd, one block east of M-15. Zookeeper Gretchen Pitser will take participants on a picture walk of the Potawatomi Zoo in South Bend, Indiana.
