As a volunteer organization, we have a volunteer board of directors, composed of adult women and men with expertise in fields ranging from financial services to communications. We strive for diversity - - geographic, racial/ethnic, gender, age and backgrounds – reflecting Girl Scouting’s strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. The combined expertise of these community members provides the leadership to set the direction of the council and establish the policies and bylaws that guide us.
Sitting on the board are a chair, two vice chairs, a secretary, a treasurer, and from 16 to 25 members-at-large, who represent many aspects of the community as well as of Girl Scouting.
